A great hole opened up beneath Qÿhtvehb Räct Cessh Nägbehqa, swallowing large sections of the community. Qÿhtvehb Räct Cessh Nägbehqa lost 192 people, 162 livestock, and 28 buildings in the disaster. This disaster is often refereed to as The Ill Tides Swallowing.
